Eco Turf provides NPDES Stormwater Permit Services and training to a variety of clients. Our goal is to keep your site in compliance with national, state, and local rules and regulations while at the same time being as cost-effective as possible.

Effective March 10, 2003 all construction sites larger than one acre are required to have the installed erosion control devices inspected once every seven days and within 24 hours after every rainfall exceeding 0.5 inches

Written documentation of these inspections must remain at the construction site along with the permit and approved erosion and sediment control plan. It is the responsibility of the developer or other financially-responsible party to conduct these inspections. Our staff is CPESC certified (Certified Professionals in Erosion and Sediment Control) with backgrounds from private and public sectors. During site inspections we will identify potential and real pollutant sources, evaluate BMP performance, observe stormwater outfalls during wet weather discharge, and confirm compliance with the permit. If we are elected to perform the NPDES monitoring for your sites we will install an inspection box, rain gauge, and weekly log book on each project. An electronic copy of the reports will be emailed weekly to the appointed person for your company and also kept on file at Eco Turf's office. We will evaluate each site and provide competitive pricing for each project.
